1.  Adding a product in your shopping cart:
Once you have a product page loaded, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button labeled  "Add to Trolley". Your shopping cart will be displayed, containing the product you just grabbed. Please then follow these easy steps to complete your purchase.

Step1: Finalize Items
Add your product to the M-Web SafeShop online ordering system. If you would like to continue shopping, click on �Continue Shopping� to return to the store and add another item.
If you would like to modify the quantity of an item you are ordering or remove an item completely from your order you can do this in the shopping basket. Either click on �Remove� next to the item you would like to remove or to change the quantity ordered change the number under �Qty� and click on �Update Quantities.�

Once you have specified items and quantities of each you would like to order, click on �Check out� to continue to step 2.

Step 2: Log in
If you have already registered as an M-Web Safeshop Shopper, click on �Sign In� and type in your username and password. Then click on �OK� to go to the next step. As a registered M-Web Safeshop Shopper, your shipping and billing details will automatically be inserted into the online order form for you to confirm before finalizing the purchase.
If you have not yet registered, you can either do this now or do it later at M-Web Safeshop and continue with the purchase process.

Step 3: Enter Address Details
Here we need your shipping details (the address the order should be delivered to) and billing details (the details of the person placing the order). If you are a registered M-Web Safeshop user, your details will automatically be inserted here for you to confirm.

Step 4: Delivery details
Here you select the method of delivery you would like to use for delivery of your order.

Step 5: Confirm Details
Once you have chosen your delivery method and shipping address, M-Web SafeShop can provide you with a final cost of your order � including VAT and shipping costs - before finalizing your order. This page displays the shipping and billing details for you to check before submitting your order for processing. If all the details are correct and you are satisfied with the total cost of your order, you can now submit your payment details to finalize your order.

Step 6: Payment Details and Order Submission
This is the final step in your ordering process. You will be required to enter your credit card details in this screen before submitting the order. You can put your mind at ease when ordering from (your store name) using the M-Web SafeShop online ordering system. Type in your credit card details in this step and click on �Place Order� to submit your order.

Step 7: Order Confirmation
Once you�ve submitted your order, the next screen you see is an order confirmation page to let you know that your order has been received. You will also receive an email at about the same time that includes a link to the order confirmation page. This link enables you to access your order details at any time. Your order confirmation page also serves as your online receipt for your purchase.

2.  How do I cancel an order?

If you have received an order confirmation from us via email, you can click on the link enclosed in the email you received. The link should take you to your online receipt, which provides you with a "cancel" button. Click on the "cancel" button on your online receipt to cancel your order. Please note that you cannot cancel an order once you have received a "shipped" notification. You will need to read our "Return Policy" in this case.

3.  I would like to report a problem with the site.

Thanks for letting us know! We have gone through the site with a fine-toothed comb to make sure you don't experience any problems during your time with us. If however, you do experience a glitch at, please let us know what the problem was and where you experienced it. We'll make sure to fix the problem as soon as possible.

4.  Grrr!! I would like to register a complaint!

By all means, please do. If you are unhappy, we are unhappy. And we would like to change that and ensure you come back to

5.  I haven't received my order yet!

Normal delivery time is 3 business days. If you did not receive a "back order" notification or a "shipment" notification from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

6.  My question or concern has not been addressed here!
