You will be able to download your hotel booking form and secure your accommodation with the hotel of your choice, space permitting. We have negotiated preferential group rates with the selected hotels and in July along with the registration site, hotel bookings will be open. All rates are per room per night and include breakfast. If you do not have a credit card, you will be required to make a cash deposit into the hotel�s bank account within 48 Hours of making the reservation or your booking will be released.
