    What is the registration process?
    Simply complete the on-line registration form once registration is live and submit payment to qualify for the Early Bird discount or before the event for the list price and to ensure registration.

    *Discounted pricing is not subject to any additional discounts.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    All cancellations must be received in writing to the Eskom African Business Leaders Forum Registration Team.

    Full Refund - Cancellation must be received by close of business on 23 September 2005.
    50% Refund - Cancellation received between 24 September and close of business on 14 October 2005.
    No Refunds will be given after 14 October 2005.

    Substitutions must be made in writing to the Eskom African Business Leaders Forum Registration Team, with the names of both the original and substituting registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute.

    Please remember to change the delegate details with the hotel of your choice as accommodation is not linked to registration.

    When will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
    You will receive an email confirming your registration once the payment appears in our bank account and an additional re-confirmation 7-10 days prior to the event.

    How do I change my contact details after I have registered?
    Please contact the Registration Team on +27 11 807 0948 or [email protected] or [email protected].

    When will I receive my conference badge?
    Your badge will be presented to you at the conference.

    Is on-site registration available?
    Yes, on-site registration is available.

    Are substitutions permitted?
    If you are unable to attend the Eskom African Business Leaders Forum after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no additional charge. Please submit substitution notification by fax to +27 11 807 0948 or e-mail [email protected] or [email protected]. For substitutions after 27 October 2005, please bring written notification to the Main Registration area.
